[SOLVED] Occasionally losing surround sound.

Hi all.
I recently purchased a new Sony TV and matching surround sound.
Geek squad hook it up for me.

I use a Xbox one s to watch streaming shows and video games.

Occasionally while streaming through the Xbox the rear speakers which are Bluetooth cut out.

It has happened once during a video game also.

Geek squad will charge me to come look at it but if the TV is not cutting out they won't be able to find what it is.

I talked to both Sony and Microsoft about the problem and neither has come up with a solution.

Any other ideas what could be happening

Test with moving the speakers closer.
