I have read some things that OCCT is a better stress tester than Prime. Can i get some of your opinions on this. I have read that 2 hrs. OCCT is more stable than 24 hrs. Prime. Just wondering what you all think. Thanks.

And im not to sure about temps. It shows OCCT takes the cpu up to 100% usage-but im at 1.44 volts 17.5x multiplier-210ht-and after 2 hours of OCCT my temps arent over 46c. i would like it to be right but it just seems a little low.

OCCT says it has HWmonitor built in so i assume its using that-it shows temps for all three cores. And i have used HWmonitor to monitor temps before i started using OCCT.

Yep (=

Theyr almost the exact same thing!

yes i have tried Everest too. Do you guys know what the TMPIN0, TMPIN1, and TMPIN2 temps are ? I have seen that TMPIN0 is motherboard and 1 is cpu and 2 is a no contact-and i have seen 0 as cpu and 1 as NB and 2 as SB. Any clue ?

Well I dont use OCCT and my temps are fairly accurrate...

I use speedfan, and a temp probes... they both show the same temps even though sometimes they are off by -1c.... but that's just me....

I use my finger temperature probe ( =

If it burns me then that means i turn down the voltage.

But srsly i use speed fan and realtemp and hw monitor.

they all show almost the exact same temp.

IMO TMPIN0-TMPIN1-TMPIN2 are wack temps that are imbeded in CPUID.... One time the TMPIN0 said it was at 107c when it really was at 54c during a torture test (prime95)

bahahahaha, yea last time i did that I had to lower voltages and get a band-aid....lol

really?? i have never seen inaccurate temps using speedfan and I have had it since it came out....

HEHE

im gunna start soldering together today.

Check the "920 oc log" thread i had an idea.

i wanna see how u like it before i start welding. (=
