[SOLVED] Oculus air link help

I have an Oculus Quest 2 and Ive bought a new Alienware Laptop. I got it with an i7 and NVIDA 3080 and plenty of storage. but when I sign on the Oculus app on the laptop it says,
'Your computer doesn't meet the updated minimum specifications, which can lead to poor experience in VR." I get the same message when I launch the air link on my quest 2 headset.
But everyone tells me I have all the specs I should need
I can play games via this airlink but often have lagg and a few times I lost connection with the laptop and had to relaunch the airlink so I know something is wrong.
Can anyone help or give me an idea to check?
I'm not super great on PC's but I know some things.
Please help if you can.

What is the specific model number of your Alienware laptop? Best guess on my part is that Oculus just hasn't updated it software to recognize your hardware as compatible.

Found an forum support post from May 2021 stating that the RTX 3070 hadn't been whitelisted for Airlink yet. I'm guessing this is your issue. Nothing you can do about it until Oculus get's off their butts and adds your hardware to the list.
