OCZ Vertex 3 vs. Agility 3

Which is faster or overall the better buy? Am trying to decide between the two and price is negligible.

The Vertex 3 uses Synchronous NAND chips, which are faster than the Asynchronous NAND chips that the Agility 3 uses.

Ty. Btw, what is the fastest type? Flash or something along those lines????

I believe Toggle-Mode NAND is the fastest flash for MLC SSDs.
