Office apps not opening

hello guys, i have windows office installed in my computer and whenever i open the app it gives me the same error (0xc0000142) https://gyazo.com/fb6300b8821ca1344f73ffeb0ba5bb6f. I used to have it installed to my previous pc but i have a new pc and it refuses to open any of the apps. its also worth noting that i dont have windows activated. could that be the problem.

if you have the oem key for office download the newest installer to a usb stick and reinstall it.your missing files. when you do a new pc you need to wipe and reload your os and aps.

i downloaded office also i dont have the same hard drive that i had in my old pc.
