[SOLVED] oil? leak on my b350 gaming plus MB

Hi, i just noticed some kind of leak on my motherboard. Should i turn off my pc immediately and try to clean it or is it ok to just leave it as is?
What could cause this to happen?

It's just oil from the thermal pad underneath the VRM heatsink.
Happens over time and completely harmless. Should be able to clean the stain up with some 90% iso alcohol, if desired.
