Question Ssd is slow and take 30 minutes to startup

2 years ago I bought ssd I installed Windows normally. After two days it became very slow. It takes an hour to get to the desktop. I have tried many methods.I reinstalled Win. dsm tools .sfc scannow .safe boot . But it did not work.
Three months ago, I turned on the computer as usual. Suddenly, the desktop froze, then a blue screen appeared, then ssdcrashed.I bought a new one I installed Windows on it but after two days it returned to the same problem Thirty minutes to reach the desktop.Is there anyone who can help me solve the problem? I have tried many methods for three years. But nothing worked.

check cpu temp and usage? check the windows startup in task manager?

I always keep Windows updated. Cpu is zero but when open an app it jump to 100
The windows startup is Disable
All of them.

No it is not in saving mode
I don't know In the two days after installing Windows and downloading the updates it works fine Then it gets slower.
