Okay guys as the Title states i'm unsure if i should upgrade to these:
My current specs:

AMD Athlon II x4 640 (3.00Ghz) 4 Cpu's
8GB DDR3 Ram
Radeon 5450 2Gb DDR3 Gaming Ram
400w PSU
Windows 7 Home Premimum

To -

AMD FX-Series FX-8120 Black Edition x8 (3.10Ghz) 8 Cpu's
16GB DDR3 Ram
Radeon 7850 2GB DDR5 Gaming Ram
CIT 750w Gold 12CM Silent Atx Power Supply
Windows 7 Home Premimum

Let me know what you guys think, i Mainly use my Computer for Gaming but i also use other programs at the same time, i would like to be running my games at Ultra Settings if possible, And spending around £300 wich is what this setup will cost me
(£340)

Also My Monitor's Resolution is 1920x1080 for those who need that spec.

Thanks in Advance if you could let me know what i should or should not be buying for around 300-350 Maximum price thanks.

I suppose you would be playing with one monitor right? If thats the case, you may be able to save some money by going with 8gb ram (16 is overkill but if you will be multitasking while playing go for 16gb) try to lower the psu also to help you save money 650 will do ( this options that I'm giving you would be for single GPU and monitor only, so if you are going for eyefinity or so your specs are good) but if not, go for 8gb,650watts and the money that you saved use it to add for a much higher GPU like 7950 if you can make it. :)

get a ssd and run your games off it..

I think by "gaming ram" you mean gpu. I think it's just me, but I recommend you jump to the fx 6300 instead of the bulldozer 8120 due to the better architecture and it's cheaper while performing better. Use the extra money to upgrade to a better gpu since most games are more gpu intensive rather than cpu intensive. To be honest, I don't think upgrading to 16gb is worth it since most things won't ever be using that much ram, maybe if you multi-task alot, video edit and record alot, I think it's worth it otherwise you wont be needing it in my opinion. Also that 750w psu isn't going to be needed unless you're planning to crossfire/sli in future and have multiple monitors (600-650w is recommended instead). Then with all the extra money, get a pretty good gpu like a 660, 7870, 660ti, 670 or a 7950.

fx 6300 vs 8120 = http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-FX-8120-vs-AMD-FX-6300

It costs less and should perform better, since games don't use 8 cores and with the piledriver architecture of the 6300 should help the it perform better and more efficiently. Also the 6300 is the best bang for your buck at this moment in time, while also being more viable for overclocking because of the "black edition" status which is pretty awesome too.

You tell us the speed of your RAM. All you need is 8gb of fast RAM with low CAS or CL#. You should try to get 1600 mhz CL 7 RAM which you could find for under $70.

I agree go with the fx 6300 it is a great choice and will save you $$$$ to get a 7870 XT or a 7950 video card.

Get a 80 plus certified PSU and you only need 500 to 600w for that system.
If you have the $$$ get a SSD or a 7200rpm 64 cache HD.
