Will this do for playing bf3 at 720p or even 1080p

Core 2 quad q8300 2.5ghz
4gb ddr2 ram
hd 6770 1gb gddr5.
windows 7

Will i be able to play? and if not can you recommend a cpu and graphics card for around £100-£130
