Kat,
I hope you do not let folks allow the above to happen. It would be a shame to lose a forum member (of the other persuasion ) just because of a pissing match. Your differing view/s may be/is needed here. So not to sound like an ass.. I would like it if you would stay. We need all types of backgrounds/people here and sadly we may be lacking in folks like yourself.
HHHHHHHHAAAAAAA!!!!! Now that is funny!
But I'll always think of U as my
SISTA! due to our bonding
I thought U guys would be sick as hell of me by now in my:
SEEEKING THE TRUTH QUEST! 8O
I'll be glad to stay if U really think I have something to contribute, not sure in a knowlede based site like this that I really can, but OPINIONS- oh yea, that I got
😛
I have learned so much from all of U and can actually carry on a somewhat educated converstion regarding PC parts and what they do. I like that

MY biggest concern at the moment is I ordered that expensive HP and now I realize the
power supply sucks at 350WATTS and 7600GT is just ok for now. I didn't consider those factors before
hergieburbur THE WISE HEART mentioned it. I spent way too much mainly because
I WANT TO PLAY, and I would have been fine if I hadn't of thrown in that 22" W LCD screen. I think I did that to REBEL against my Husbands being so non-understanding towards my gaiming late at night when everyone else is sleeping! :x My only recourse now would be to
SUCK IT UP and enjoy for 2 years and up grade for big bucks later on or refuse it at the door and start over.

I've overpowered the Processor at E6700 and underpoweered the Video card with 7600GT(can't get better with prebuilt HP) and the power supply SUCKS at 350Watts should have been 450W or better, for upgrading abilities. Hate to admit it but even DELL has better graphic card available!
For around $2000, the XPS 710 (the XPS machines are specifically designed for gaming) has a 750W power supply that will power any video card on the market...both now and in the foreseeable future.(or dual video cards...the 710 model has dual SLI compatible 16X PCI-E slots)

Sorry I didn't ask here first, but I really am sick of this already and my husband won't give me the 1,000 towards building myself soooo. I guess the CYBERPOWER would have been more cost effective and given me better choices in graphics card and power supply, but I have read a lot of negative comments about their using UPS/tech support/standing by the products and such.
