So my grandmother recently destroyed the VGA port on the motherboard of her old HP Pavilion. She doesn't want to buy a new one, so instead I've decided to fix it for her rather than getting ripped off by a local PC store. Anyways, I just wanted to throw in a cheap graphics card that can just display the screen. No heavy tasks, mostly just web browsing. I was thinking about ordering this thing, since it's cheap and looks like it will do the job. http://www.microcenter.com/product/449876/VIDEO_CARD_-_ATX_1300
Is it compatible? If not, what's another cheap GPU I can use? Thanks.

For the motherboard, any PCIe 16x card is of course compatible.

That's a low profile card so if the chassis can take full height cards, you will need to change the bracket.
