Old OpenGL not found

I got a new PC up a running about 1 month ago with Vista and a GTX 275 (Haven't got my windows 7 disc yet). I've installed the latest nvidia drivers. I just tried installing an old game, "The Chronicles of Riddick", and it won't start. An error window pops up and tells me I need a video card that supports opengl1.3 or higher. Obviously the 275 does this, so any ideas what is going on? My old system with XP and a 6600GT ran this game just fine. It doesn't seem like a Vista issue, more a video card issue. Any ideas?

Does COR have a separate configuration program? If so, check the selected video mode.
