Hi All,

I am looking for what the poper status codes are for the LEDs on the IC7-G.
My board KED is green when the system is off and bot ht he greeen and red
light up when it is on. As this is my first ABIT board I was wondering if
anyone knew if this is normal or if the red LED signifies a probelm with the
board.

Thanks

one LED just indicates standby power is ON, so as to remind you not to be
pulling components while power is available maybe, the other indicates that
full power on condition exists. they are not indicative of a problem or
abnormal function.

Hi Tom -

You get a cookie!

In the case of the IC7-G, the green LED indicates that the board has backup
power supplied .. the PSU is connected and turned on. The red LED indicates
that an attempt has been made to start the board .. the power switch has
been pressed .. this does not indicate whether or not the board has actually
started or if the POST was successful.

On some boards the colors are reversed (on NF7 boards, for example, backup
power is indicated by the red LED and the start attempt is indicated by the
green LED).

Certainly not one with raisins. No sense having anything good for you in
there!

I'm sure Mrs. Fields has something chocolatey and chunky enough to sate your
desires.

I suppose you want a frosty glass of milk? Or maybe a nice hot mug of
coffee laced with Kahlua? How about we skip the coffee altogether and enjoy
a nice Kahlua Especial® sobre hielo instead .. goes great with chunky
chocolate chip cookies.

¡Es todo bueno!

Don't want to confuse you ..

"Sobre" does not mean "sober" .. regardless of the similarity in spelling.

YUM! headin' your way!
