I think the only difference is that the Intel supports 1600Mhz RAM (I have 1333Mhz anyway)

Solution faalin Dec 3, 2020 Only the Intel DH61WW lists the Xeon on the CPU compatibility list, board needs to be on bios 42 or newer to run the CPU.
