Here is my issue,
I have 2 home built pc's. They both worked perfectly fine until I did the following:
1) I switched the graphics cards on both pc's
2) I uninstalled the old drivers (on both pcs) of the previous graphics card.
3) I installed the new drivers (on both pcs) accordingly for each graphics card.
Problem: Both computers are facing the same issue being that the onboard audio does not work.
Note:
1) Audio worked fine before I did the switch.
2) I set the stereo speakers to default in control panel> sound devices.
3) There is no enable feature for onboard audio in my BIOS for both mobos.
----------------------------
My PC#1 specs are:
GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3R 775 W/ INTEL C2D E8400
XFX RADEON HD 5770
My PC#2 specs are:
GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD3 1156 W/ CORE I5 750
XFX GeForce GTX 260
let me know if my information is adequate.
