Here is the motherboard I'm looking at:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128540

It seems to have one 20-pin USB 3 socket (blue). So does that mean only one USB 3.0 port will be available on the front of the case? Or do cases "merge" all of the USB 3.0 ports into one cable that I can plug in? And I had the same question with the 10 pin USB 2.0 sockets. That motherboard seems to have 2 on-board sockets for USB 2.0, so only 2 USB 2.0 ports will be available on the front?

EDIT: I saw this on the motherboard's manual:

F_USB1/F_USB2 (USB 2.0/1.1 Headers)
The headers conform to USB 2.0/1.1 specification. Each USB header can provide two USB ports via an
optional USB bracket. For purchasing the optional USB bracket, please contact the local dealer.

Ok thanks. I was also wondering, do most cases include the molex type plug for their fans? Or the 3 or 4pin? Because one of the motherboards I was looking at only has one case fan plug. The case I had in mind was the Rosewill Challenger.

the rosewill challengers case in particular has 3 fans

the front one WILL have a molex connector to it, because rosewill puts them on front fans because thats where the molex cables are closest to. the other 2 fans are 3 pins, and if you dont have enough 3 pins on your mobo, then you will have to buy a 3 pin splitter, fan controller, or molex to 3 pin connector.

Ok so I read the reviews on the rosewill challenger and people said only one of them is 3-pin. So can I plug this 3-pin fan connecter to my 4-pin fan connector on my motherboard? Other than that, it looks like I'm set because the other two plug directly into the PSU.

Ok I ordered everything and I just want to make sure I do this right.

The black wire in the 3 pin fan is GND, right? So can I plug the 3 pin in like that? And am I supposed to be plugging my case fan into this SYS_FAN socket? Most motherboards have a CHA_FAN that you can plug it into, I'm not sure if gigabyte calls it SYS_FAN or something.

And one other thing: Are the front header wires labled + or -? On this picture it doesn't seem to label it,

but my motherboard manual has like PW + and PW -. I don't want to plug it in backwards, and maybe mess up the motherboard. Can it only plug in one way?

EDIT: Rosewill's AMAZING customer support helped me solve this (with pictures and everything!). For anyone that cares:

The 3 pin case fan can go in the 4 pin system header fan (as long as there a is a tab behind 3 of the pins, meaning it's backwards compatible). And the black wire is ground. The colored wires on front panel connectors are positive and black or white are negative or ground.
