Onboard Video Resolution

I got Asus P5GDC-V Deluxe Motherboard

How do I find what resolutions the onboard video supports..?

I am specially interested to find out if it can support 16:10 WideScreen or 1680 X 1050

I am planning to buy Dell 2005FPW UltraSharp LCD and the above is the native resolution.

I did have a look at this earlier but it says 16:9 resolution is supported but doesn't say anything about 16:10 resolution..!
