One 4GB or two 2GB?

I'm about to build a system and i was wondering, which is better?

If you want dual channel performance go 2x2

Yes. You have to put them in the same color slots on the board. The board supports dual channel. Your manual will most likely say what the right configuration they need to be in.

Okay. One last question. Which which is better and what is the difference from these. 10600, 10660 and 10666?

Like which type of 1333 memory would be better?
