One click timing

I purchased a used RX580 online and the seller said it was used on a mining rig. I didn't see that he also said he applied a mod to it called "one click timing mod". I installed the Gpu in my system and it booted up fine. I then installed the drivers and restarted. After about 5 minutes of use the screen would go black. I tried turning off the pc completely and restarting it, but I get the same issue. Is the mod that the previous owner applied to it causing this problem? I don't know too much about mining and I just want to use this card for gaming.

Mod is applied to it's BIOS, you'll have to flash normal BIOS into it.

I flashed the Normal BIOS to it and I'M still getting the same problem. Do you think it's just a bad GPU?
