one core is always 5 degree hotter than other cores, is it normal?

I have 4690K, EVO 212 cooler.
4 case fans, 2 intake and 2 exhaust.

I have set CPU Vcore 1.25V, and 44 CPU Clock Ratio.

I run aida64 and prime95 test, the hottest core max temperature is 80 degree, is it safe?

and the other 3 cores the max temperature is 75, is it normal, or I applied thermal paste wrongly?
TIA.

For an EVO those stress temperatures are normal and usually one core is always higher.

Since you do not run stress testing programs for daily use your regular load temperatures should be in the low 50s and that is just fine.

To make sure your overclock is stable 100% you may want to test further.

It's just i have seen many posts about OC this CPU,\
Most people can achieve 4,4GHz with temperature around 60 under prime95 test.
is it that i am just unlucky getting a bad CPU?

Ya, i have read this post before.
I am running 26.6 only.

GRR! Long response to Internet dropping.

Average is about 4.4Ghz. (Half of all chips are below average)

G3258 #1 = 4.2 Ghz 🙁
G3258 #2 = 4.5 Ghz :!
i5 4690K = 4.8Ghz :)

At 4.4Ghz, and running Prime95 26.6 my CPU is at 73C on my RAIJINTEK Pallas. My cooler is better than yours.
At 4.8Ghz and running Prime95 26.6 my CPU is at 83C on my Noctua NH D15S. Higher than I ant to use, but still OK.

I run the i5 at 4.6 Ghz, where normal load rarely approaches 60C.

what is your voltage at 4.6GHz?
