Ive tried to fix this for a while by my self but i havent found much out on why its doing it, ive looked at HWinfo when they rise up and cant see what one is doing it, ive set custom fan curves in the BIOS, tried my hardest to make sure they were not aggressive.
made sure all the fans are plugged in correctly.

CPU - 8600k
Mobo - Asrock Z370 Extreame4
CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i V2
GPU - 2080 Windforce
Chassis Fans - 3x Be Quiet! Silent Wings 3

is there a chance the software for the AIO and the BIOS could be overwriting each other? ive seen a post mentioning that.

Thank you for the update.
Have you watched Icue for your fan speeds ramping up when this is happening?

How are you setting your 3 front fans
Custom curve, fixed rpm if so what rmp?

Have you tried doing what ever it is you are doing when you notice the fans ramp up with the side cover off watching your temps.?

Have you tried another fan as exhaust in the rear? To see what happens with the gpu temp.

i have set custom curves for the intakes, did that in a attempt to fix it, it ramps up for like 2 seconds then striaght back down, kinda hard to monitor the temps/speeds while its happening since i would have to tab out and it would of stopped by then

ok i managed to catch what it does, it sits at around 3k rpm then shoots to 4.5k rpm.

set different fan curves, still nothing

Ok atleast now you know which 1 it is.

So Gpu
1st Driver updates?

Have you ever used canned air to blow it out good?

Has it ever been repasted?
( not suggesting Unless ALL ELSE FAILS )

When setting the fan curve in Msi AB
You are ticking the enable force fan set points?
i update the drivers regularly and sometimes go the DDU route.

i have a electric de-duster i use every two weeks on the pc.

and i dont really fancy repaisting it since ive never done something like that b4.

and force fan set points is ticked.

Ya me too thats why I Said not suggesting
That is a Very last resort.

Hmm !!!!!
Have you been able to pinpoint a temp that it does it at?
using like Heaven on ultra does it do it?
Heaven can be ran windowed to allow access to any other program as you run it.

Do you have a Oc on the gpu if so
Does this also happen without the Oc?

You put in The silent wings do you still have the original fans to put 1 in the rear?
To see if your over all temps drop.

the original fans broke, the bearings in them went.

i did have a OC but removed it like a year ago?

happens from 78c to 81c

Hmm
Could try Ccleaner and uninstall msi ab through ccleaner hoping it grabs most of any leftovers.
Then run the registery clearner through it as well.

If you have uninstalled and reinstalled it then we can skip and try something else.

At this point options getting thinner.

Have you ever heard of gpu undervolting?
I have been doing it on my gtx 1070 ti in my dktop and on my gtx 1060 6gb in my Asus laptop.
On the dktop it has lowered the temp to 58c from 64c .

Have you had time to read about the gpu Uvlt ?

Thats 1 option that can help lower the gpu temps and still have performance.
It definitely loweered my gpu temps on my desktop and laptop.

How high rpm do you have the middle front fan ?
Maybe increasing it if possible may allow more air to push towards the gpu as I can't see that the lower fan helping that much when almost half the fan is blocked by a deadend tunnel.

Do you know anyone that may have a spare fan to try in the rear.

im currently going through the process of undervolting, so far i dropped around 2c.

Still patiently waiting here in Denver, Co
to upgrade my 1070ti
To a 3060ti or a 3070 maybe ti ?

I like the look of psu covers but don't like what is going on with the lower fan and a deadend tunnel.

I took care of my wife's psu cover/hdd cage deadend tunnel, by reconfiguring her drives and removing the hdd cage.
I then used a piece like lexan / poly??? Sheet to create a blocking ramp.

Her case is

Good Deal !!!!! Glad i Could help!!!!!!!!
I've been hoping you where giving it a good gaming Test!!!!!

I still think adding another fan in the rear would help your over all sytem airflow.
If needed you could put the 3 front fans on a splitter running off 1 header.
https://www.newegg.com/p/13K-00D1-00001
That would free 2 headers which 1 could be used for a rear fan.
i will look into gettting a rear one, would just need to make sure i have the room. the psu shroud is really close to the bottom fan so it would be kinda hard to get a slope put in

Ya from what I could see in your pic it would be tough.

If you put a fan in like what you have you shouldn't need but maybe 1000-1100 rpm
Even set across all temps.
You wouldn't want it so high as it mite take away from the corsair.

Thankfully some parts are still inexpensive.
