When a vampire play Taste of Vitae card , did he get Blood lost by card like
: Blood to Water ?
or like Theft of Vitae ?

The latest card text is of help here:

Taste of Vitae [Jyhad:U, VTES:U, SW😛B, CE:U/PB2/PN, BH😛N2]
Cardtype: Combat
Only usable at the end of a round of combat. Not usable by a vampire
going into torpor.
This vampire gains an amount of blood equal to the amount lost by the
opposing vampire to damage during this round of combat. A vampire
can play only 1 Taste of Vitae each round.

The answer is no. Only blood lost due to damage can be tasted. Blood to
Water and Theft of Vitae do not inflict damage (they force the opponent
to burn blood, or steal blood from the opponent, respectively).
