ComponentAuthority will not answer phones calls, or reply to email. Many users have had difficulty with receiving an incorrect device (such as the incorrect version of an advertised mainboard), and have found themselves unable to get a replacement or a refund.
The Better Business Bureau opened a file on the company last December, and there are numerous complaints. At least one complaint has been sent to the California State Attorney General.
MemorySuppliers can only be contacted by email. The phone number is no longer listed at the website. While they may respond to an email (eventually) they often do not ship a complete order, such as C-RIMMs that should accompany RDRAM. Most users have found that after the order is made, no confirmation email will arrive, and that the order will charged to the credit card several weeks before anything arrives, if at all. Extremely slow shipping, at best.
