Only Battlefield 3 giving me extremely low FPS.

Hi guys, so I just re-downloaded battlefield 3 after like 10 months. When I downloaded, I have to DL punkbuster as well and add the game to the punkbuster list. Weird

Anyway, I loaded up BF3, and I was on high settings, getting anywhere from 5-20 fps. 5-20!!!!!!
There was ONE map I played on (caspian border, if you're familiar) that I got around 65-80 fps on high settings(which is what I would normally get).
However, EVERY other map gets me about 5-20, and I calmly wait for 10 minutes for it to try to load, but it doesn't.

AND YES, MY DRIVERS ARE UP TO DATE. I checked in geforce experience, and even though they were up to date, I downloaded them again from nvidia.

I love BF3, and I just really don't know why I'm getting this crappy fps.
I can easily run call of duty advanced warfare on high settings constantly on 90 fps, and battlefield bad company 2 at 130 on max settings.

Specs:
AMD FX-6300
EVGA GTX 770
eh, and other stuff.

I don't know if this'll fix anything, but I was just surfing through nvidia's website, when java said it really needs an update, so I am updating at the moment. Idk :|

Edit: Well this is BS, i just re-downloaded Battlefield 4 after about 5 months, and I'm getting 1-5 fps. AHAHAHHA! YOU'RE BULLSHITTING ME EA. WHAT IS HAPPENING???
