Question Only black screen with cursor after changing case?

Hey all, so I swapped cases over and for some reason my 1060 6gb is now only showing a cursor and black screen on startup.
Wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing? I reset CMOS but apart from that, I'm out of ideas.
System is running Win10 home but I can't even see it posting or bios menu etc.
