[SOLVED] Only one fan spinning on nzxt kraken x63

I got a nzxt kraken x63 the other day and recently i noticed that only one fan is spinning on my cooler for some reason, is there any reason why for this to happen?

Check the cabling and connections and if all is OK (Cabling that is) then RMA the unit.
As with all electronic components, s==tuff happens.

Can you tell me which specific connections the fans should be connected to? I have a msi mpg x570 pro carbon mb

According to the MB Manual
The two radiator fans on your Kraken X63 should be connected to CPU_FAN1 header using a splitter.
Sata power connection goes to SATA5 or 6.
Connect the mini USB cable from the pump to an internal USB 2 connector.
RGB accessory cable to JRGB1: RGB LED connector. Ensure orientation is correct.
