Here is my setup atm, if anyone has any suggests or changes they think.i should.make, then im.open to suggestions.:)

Gigabyte MB for better power and build quality
Powercolor for cheaper price but simialr OC and still good cooler
Crucial ballistics with similar quality but cheaper and 8gb is enough
(you can opt for regular caviar blue at the same price, likely faster but kept in enterprise one)
Cheaper but similar SSD
Add about $40 if not close to Microcenter
The 212 EVO will do pretty well as long as its not extreme OC (your call)
Using a good 550W PSU (650W will not be enough for CF anyway, at at least 750W)

This is with the 3960X @4.6ghz (hotter than the 3570k at same speeds)
