I'm now looking to do a little sprucing up to the NZXT 410 Case after owning it for awhile and finding some things i'd like to tweak. I'm not looking for component related commentary like gpu's and stuff but just these few topics listed below. However im open ears. This is basically what im working with minus a few changes.

Here are the issue's im looking to give some attention.
Right now I am having some fan noise that I would like to mitigate along with the case catching a lot of dust. And temps have been a little higher then I would expect them to be at.
a. Now as for the fans, i've noticed the front fan that came with the case sounds like its got a bad bearing. The h100i fans that came with the cpu cooler are pretty loud and are set up in a push fashion to exhaust out the top. The rear fan is set up to exhaust out the rear.
What I was thinking was to try and create a positive pressure case. Was thinking about replacing the front intake fan and adding a bottom intake fan. And then potentially flipping the h100i set up as a pull through set up versus a pushing set up.
And i'm not sure what to do about the rear fan if I should make it an intake/exhaust or block it off.
b. For the dust I was thinking about getting those dmciflex or whatever there called filters for the case to help slow the dust build up down.
c. For the temp, its not that bad but I think the set up right now isn't optimized for it all to work properly. I'm not looking for the absolute most efficient game first set up but rather what could be done to further optimize the set up if anything with what is already there. I feel as if changing up a few things listed above could aid bringing the temps down a significant amount.
What I was thinking is intake as shown and exhaust as shown. But the rear (left side of picture) I was unsure of what to do with this, thus the ?'s.
The yellow line is also an area where there are many holes that aren't covered with the little $50 filter kit.
What do you all think?
