Windows 8 does have a few Twitter apps, but it doesn't have a "native" Metro app, to my knowledge. There's one or two twitter apps in the store, but the only full-fledged Metro "client" is really buggy, and its reviews reflect that. Still, one can use Twitter through the web browser, but Apple products are for the rich, so it makes sense that Oprah's people would use that.

Well all that hot fudge and walnuts, that M$ dipped the surface in to get Oprah to notice it, clogged the power port, and she had to use the iPad to text about how she liked the Hot Fudge surface!
