Option to Port Forward is missing.

I tend to be a server host for my friends so we can play multiplayer games. Recently I picked up a game they all wanted me to get and I went to my router to set everything up, and the option to port forward/port trigger was completely missing. Now, it's not ALWAYS been missing, about a week ago I created a Starbound server and had to get everything open.

My router is a NetGear WNDR4500v2.

EDIT: The NetGear Genie is working fine other than this issue, it's just that the Advanced Setup, which allows port forwarding and triggering, is missing.

EDIT 2: Incognito mode somehow fixes the issue. So..yay.

I might have discovered a temporary solution to my problem. I turned on Internet Explorer and tested it, and surprisingly I could pull up all the tabs. My preferred browser is Google Chrome and I plan on searching on how to fix this issue.
