Optiplex 755 USFF rear fan replacement

What are the steps to remove and replace the rear case fan on a Dell Optiplex 755 USFF

Should have some Blue Clips around it that it clicks into when you put it in. Pulling on those tabs should release the fan and allow you to remove it.

Thanks for the information. The fan can be pulled from the blue plastic base which captures the four vibration bushings, however the blue plastic base stays on the chassis. The new fans come already installed on their new blue plastic base. After pulling off the original fan from the base, another fan can not be pushed back into the base because the four grips on the base will not accept the vibration bushings because they were under a lot of pressure in the four grips. How do I remove the original blue plastic base. That would solve it for me. Thanks for your help.

Ah sometimes the Fan bracket even has a small tab on it you have to pull on and then it can slide back. May have to take out the motherboard though not sure. Its pretty tight in there.
