Optiplex error code 8602

Hello,
the keyboard is unresponsve, have unplugged and reseat, I can only access th F2 key, pc will keyboard boot, but nothing else, even changed keyboard and mouse, pc still same. HELP!!!

Are you using a USB or PS2 keyboard? If USB, did you try other USB ports, including those on the front of the system?

Try a different keyboard. It looks like you have a bad keyboard.

I had a similar problem, and the cause was a loose connection to my USB hub. Unplugged and replugged it and it was ok.
