Question Orange and red light when new RAM installed

Hi guys,
So I bought 2 new RAM sticks for my computer but unfortunately, they didn't work in the 2 slots that were never used before.
Things I've done
Updated bios
A2 B2 slots used
Removed CMOS battery

Note that both the RAMS are compatible together since I used one new and one old in the 2 slots that were being used previously it's just the A1 and A2 slots that aren't working
The RAM does show it's RGB but the motherboard is showing orange and red lights after installing it and no display.

Any help would be appreciated

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

One problem may be that the RAM sticks are not a matched set, bought together, for dual channel use.

Motherboard: Some motherboards require that the first physically installed RAM stick be placed in a certain slot.

Double check the motherboard's User Guide Manual for supported RAM, supported RAM configurations, and installation requirements with respect to the slot assignments.

And also be sure to check the motherboard manufactuer's website for updated RAM information.
