That depends on what it is doing, and why it is doing this.

Double click all on its own? That generally signifies either a dirty microswitch, or a failing microswitch.

Dirty probably means taking it apart and cleaning it.
Failing means replacing either the microswitch or the whole mouse.

There is a rare possibility that this is some software fault, but highly unlikely.
