Output from GPU DVI to Monitor DVI - no device manager or BIOS detection

I installed a GTX 670 to replace my 560 Ti. The card powers on and there is signal from my GPU DVI to monitor DVI but the image is smaller than screen area...The card is not detected in the BIOS or windows.

I am using:

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 14393)
System Model: MS-7681
BIOS: BIOS Date: 02/21/12 14:54:03 Ver: 04.06.04
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 12

Nvidia drivers: latest

You have the drivers installed, but W10 can't detect it? Does it not show up in Device Manager?
