Overclock Fail, will not go into bios

I have just tried overclocking my new rig to 5.0 on a i5 4690K. It failed so I went down to 4.3GHz, failed as well. Now I am trying to go down to 4.2 (stock) but when the motherboard says "press f2 or del to enter ufei bois"I press del and it goes blank. Display is still up because it is not full black and there is still light on the screen. Does anyone know how to get into the bios manually.
P.S. I pressed the CMOS button and went to the American Megatends page and restarted and it still didn't work. Any help?

have you tried reseting the bios manualy? next time make sure you know what you are doing before overclocking your system and have a descent cooling if you do so
