Overclock My System

hi, i got an old computer that i wanna try to overclock it, can you give me some softwares please?
this is my system reg.
NVidia Geforce 9400 GT 1GB edition
Intel Core 2 Duo e7500 @ 2.8GHz
2GB RAM DDR2
Stock Cooling System
( but i bought a kinda big fan for my gpu, cuz the other one used to do nothing )
this pc can run COD BO on low - medium, Tomb raider on lowest, GTA IV on lowest, League of Legends on medium - high, COD BO 2 on lowest ( 15 - 25 fps ), WRC 4 on normal settings, farcry 3 on lowest ( 20 - 35 fps ), NFS Most Wanted 2012 on low

i will use the programs at my own risk

anyway , had that card and OCing didnt help much.i would suggest upgrading your GPU

thnx for your answer, after i searched for overclocking options on the bios, i found that i could overclock my cpu speed from 2.8 to 3.6 GHz and my DRAM from 566 to 633 or sth like that and from 5-5-5-15 to 6-5-5-15. after doing this pc didnt turn on, i did reset the bios by removing the cmos battery, reset everything in the bios to default, and now league of legends runs on 50 fps max ( 30 fps avg. ) and i used to get 100 fps max ( 60 avg. )

can you tell me what wrong i did? the temperature of the cpu, gpu, ram are stable at lower than 50 C*
and my cpu speed now is 2.8 GHz....

are you sure everything is bact to the default?please double check

there might be a damage(unlikeley) to your components.Try running some stress tests

im sorry for the very late reply, and yes i am sure that everything is back to default, how can i knw if i have damaged my gpu/cpu/ram ?
