[SOLVED] Overclock ram 2666mhz to 3466mhz

Hi, i have Geil Evo Potenza 2666mhz cl19 1,2v (micron b-die, i saw it in thaiphoonburner). I overclock it to 3466mhz 1,4v and i set the timing to auto. I ran memtest64 for 1 hour and it doesn't show any error. Then i ran heaven benchmark, the score was increase from 2423 to 2735.

But, is it safe for my ram? Does it decrease my ram lifespan? I can't check the ram temperature because it doesn't appear in hwinfo64 and i don't have thermal gun. Here is my spec:
Cpu : Ryzen 3 3200g
Mobo : Asrock b450m hdv
Psu : Be quiet! U9 500w
Case : cube gaming kaggen (3 fans)
Cpu cooler : deepcool gammax 400s

DDR4 can go upwards of 1.6v so 1.4 should be no problem.

No, not if it's cool enough, 1.4v is perfectly acceptable.
