Overclocking 3570k is 620W enough? + 980ti

I am looking at overclocking my 3570k, and am wondering if my Antec Neo Eco 620c is enough?

Full system:

i5 3570k
16gb ddr3 1600mhz
Gigabyte ga-z68p-ds3
Gigabyte Windforce 980 ti
240gb ssd
1tb hdd
Antec Neo Eco 620c 620W

It's about 450 W max without overclocking, so you have about 120 W margin for overclocking. Should be enough.

Sounds good, I read that the GPU asks for minimum 600w power supply so just thought I'd check
