Overclocking a AMD Athlon x2 245 Regor

Never overclocked before but would like to push this baby to it's limits. I have a nice Zalman CPU Fan+Heatsink so I'm not really worried about it overheating. ANyone want to take me through the steps?

Step 1.) Enter the bios :p

Step 2.) ??

Specs are as follows if it helps:

CPU: Athlon x2 245 Regor 2.9ghz
RAM: Wintec Amp-x 2x1gb DDR2 1066
Motherboard: ECS Black Series GF8200A

Hey Bear,

I just decided to overclock a budget build that I did about three weeks ago. I am still new at this, this is only my second overclock. Here's a screen shot of my moderate overclock for 24/7.

I posted on an earlier thread asking about a 240 regor. Seems that some have gone as high as 3.7, so there is some head room. As you can see my temps are good. I used stock voltage (1.35) and lowered the ram multiplier so as not to overclock my ram. I don't feel confident enough to give you advice, as I am new to this as well. The community was very helpful. You will probally get some replys that are familiar with your bios for specific advice for...
