Possible, but maybe not by much more. Also if it gets too hot it would be a good idea to buy a new heatsink/fan for the video card capable of handling higher temps.
Higher overclocks are not always possible even with a new HSF and voltage increases.
It varies card to card but I have heard of many people hitting 1Ghz core with the 4890.
If you are lucky and have a good piece of silicon, you should be able to get quite a bit more speed out of it.
If you get a weaker chip, I would still expect it to top 900Mhz with out to much trouble.
