Overclocking a Gigabyte 7DX, Need Advice!!

I have a 1.2 Ghz athlon with a Gigabyte 7DX mobo with 256 DDR SDRam PC2100. I am planning to overclock the bus speed on the chip from 100mhz to 133 mhz. So I can get 266 mhz FBS on it so it can go well with the PC2100 ram. I need to make sure it stays really cool so I dont burn up the chip. Any suggestion on what fan/heatsink I should. I have heard that the OZ Monster II will be good. Any suggestions or thoughts on the whole overclocking of the mobo will also be helpfull.

Get the Vantec FCE-62540D, it cools just as well as the Fop 38 does and the clip is unbelievably easy to take on and off with no screws, I got one when I broke the clip on my Fop 32 and its so much easier.
