Overclocking an Nvidia Geforce 950 4 GB on laptop

I have a Y 700 lenovo laptop. I enjoy playing rainbow six siege, however, my frame rate varies from 45 to 53. Is there a way to overclock the GPU in order to get the 60 FPS? Any help would greatly appreciated.

Your system, so I would not presume to tell you what to do with it.

That said, laptops are built with very tight tolerances. Overclocking will increase heat production and most laptops cannot handle the additional heat.

Oh i see, I have a laptop cooling pad, would that help?

Yes it would, but you may not get much out of the OC to warrant risking damage. Try it, but keep a close eye on your temps.
