Overclocking C600

I've overclocked my Celeron 600 to 750 (FSB on 83) but on FSB=100 the computer hasn't turned on (resp. the graphic card hasn't managed it). Does it mean I cannot get higher for any cost? I've got Asus P3B-F board, 100MHz 128MB DIMM, TNT2 - Asus V3800 graphic card and Titan cooler on proc.

Is it a slot celery? If it is I seriously doubt the motherboard can handle a 100mhz bus. It really depends on the motherboard.
