Overclocking dangers.

Hi, apparently overclocking core clock and memory clock is COMPLETELY safe and the most that can happen is your computer crashes and you need to restart and turn down the clocks and that voltage is the only thing that can damage your GPU when overclocking, Is this true?

So, can having a high core clock and high memory clock reduce graphic card lifetime?

not so much, just may cause instabilities. With voltage and heat in check, overclock away.
