You will no problem, but why 2gb ram and 64 Os, get more ram, 4gb or more
 
Check the overclocking forum for guides. Two there: a guide for OC'ing Core2's and an excellent guide for thermal management. Then look for a guide for OC'ing your particular motherboard.

3.4 GHz. should be attainable with an E6750. I was able to run my E6600 at 3.6 GHz.
