Overclocking Help

Here's my current setup:
Motherboard: Gigabyte-P45-UD3P
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500
PSU: Corsair TX750W
Ram: G.SKILL DDR2 800 4-4-4-12 Timing 4GB (2 x 2GB)
GPU: NVIDIA GTX280
Case: NZXT Tempst
HSF: Xigmatek S1283
Thermal Paste: Arctic Cooling MX-2
Windows: Vista Ultimate 64-bit

Here's what SpeedFan says:
Fan1: 912RPM
Fan2: 0 RPM
Fan3: 1035 RPM
Fan4: 1038 RPM
Fan5: 0 RPM

I have all 6 fans in my case running so I don't see why any of them would come up with 0 RPM.

GPU: 38C
Temp1: 34C
Temp2: 18C
Temp3: -2C
Temp: 0C
Core 0: 29C
Core 1: 29C

I was hoping someone here could offer me advice or even a tutorial on how to overclock with my current setup.
