I am using a very old Intel Pentium E5400 with gigabyte G41 chipset. But I am willing to upgrade to intel Pentium Haswell, as it is low priced and also has a good upgrade path thereon... As we all know this Pentium DC is not enough to play Next Gen games with decent framerates, so I was hoping to overclock the Processor from the beginning. I can get either G3220/3258.. G3258 Is pretty rare in INDIA. So will any of these be overclocked with Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1 Motherboard?

My budget is 200$ max,,,,, need- Mobo, processor & Ram.

Solution
The Pentium G3258 is the "20th Anniversary Edition" chip and as far as I know, it is the only overclockable modern Intel chip short of i5/i7-K. If you want to overclock a cheap Intel chip, the G3258 is your only option.

To unlock multipliers on Intel's unlockable Haswell chips, you also need a z87/z97 chipset unless your motherboard has a work-around like some Asus models do so your H81 motherboard is also a no-go.

This review shows that the said mobo comes with UEFI BIOS which is allowing options to overclock i5 k model...
why not pentium?

That does not mean that it is Mutliplier unlocked and can REALLY overclock.
