I have a EVGA GTX 970 SC and before upgrading i wanted to get more power out of it which shouldnt be the problem, ive use the 3DMARK Benchmark for testing the stability but even after boosting the core clock to +250 MHz the FPS didnt change. Iam new to overclocking gpu's and i dont know if thats an bug of any sorts but it feels like the overclock isnt applying at all. (yes i have indeed hit the apply button before you ask). I have set the temp to 85C but it never went higher then 74C and the power limit to 110% i didnt bother trying to up the Core voltage because iam a little scared of it.

Anyways i made it work and the overclock is actually applying so forget about that, new problem and its driving me insane. I actualy have a GTX 970 SSC not SC and i slowly tried to overclock step by step but no matter what i cant even go 50 MHz higher then the Base Clock. Do i have to increase my voltage to make it work or is it hopeless. Sorry if i sound stupid but iam realy frustrated.
