I overclocked too much by mistake using MSI Afterburner, and a few minutes after I did, I didn't think much of it and thought it was fine but then my screen started glitching and green, blue, black, etc. squares were forming with some heavy tearing, I immediately turned my PC off with the power button and a few minutes later, I turned it back on and signed in again, but then the same thing began happening, then my HDMI source cut out. I've tried another account I have on the computer and it works fine. Should I uninstall MSI Afterburner or not?

Did you OC GPU only ? That makes no changes in BIOS.
If you can't restore to defaults in Afterburner, just uninstall it from Safe mode.

Turn on your PC and hold Ctrl while signing in to prevent MSI Afterburner from applying changes. You can release it a few seconds after seeing the desktop. Then open MSI Afterburner and your GPU will be set to default clock speeds. Also don't forget to stress test after every small change.

UPDATE FROM MY SCHOOL ACCOUNT (I already forgot my password and I'm at school, lmao.)
I ran my PC in safe mode and logged in and the tearing only started after a few minutes, I tried multiple times but couldn't prevent the screen from tearing, then I got an idea. MSI Afterburner has different profiles you can use, so before that few minutes of time before the screen begins to tear again, I went into my C: drive, to my profile, then to processes x86, to MSI Afterburner, and selected the profiles and deleted them.
